About Igogreen

why do we do this?

Because we were frustrated with how health and sustainability was discussed on the web. Most debate stops or never get anywhere and there are a lot of missconceptions. Brands do want your input, so give it to them!

So.. how do we do this?

We let consumers discuss products, brands and sustainability & health topics. We invite brands and other interested parties to the platforms, so they can see what is happening and do good stuff with it! We constantly work on building a site where we are all about health & sustainability in a honest way.

Public communities

  • An open dialogue between consumers in an open community platform.
  • Creating awareness and provide examples of sustainable initiatives which the open community discusses
  • Our open discussions wll help consumers increase awareness and knowlegde on sustainability
  • Consumers will help each other to loose myths and get the facts
  • Debates take it a step further by debating production processes, transport, carbon emissions etc

Strategic consultancy

  • Translating high level sustainability ambitions into a coherent long term strategy
  • Developing prioritization frameworks along financial returns, environmental impact, perceived customer impact, industry leadership, co-operative potentials, etc.
  • Embedding sustainability goals firmly in the overall set of corporate/brand goals
  • Upfront stakeholder impact a na lysis, e.g., understanding how customers, suppliers, investors and employees wil respond
  • Moving from "emotion and push" responses to "fact and pull" based sustainability market leadership
  • Transfering complex solutions into tangible messages that resonate well with customers, shareholders and employees
  • Managing sustainability program offices

Furthermore she blogged as a freelancer for sustainable companies. Claar is especially interested in making complex information simple and understandable for all of us. At Quest she made scientific information more accessible to a larger public. In her articles she explained e.g. 'why people who telephone in the train are so annoying to others', 'why coffee beats bad breath' and 'why man don't want to ask for directions'. Also some of her recent work for Quest included making partnership with Universities to promote scientific research among a larger public.
